MODEL RELEASE My boudoir business thrives on word of mouth and being able to share images for others to see. I have earned a reputation for discretion. Rest assured that I value your privacy and that your images are safe with me. With that said, I would love permission to use your images in marketing materials and in the private womens group. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Please read each section below, this is a legally binding contract. This is required upon booking your session. Should you have questions, please contact me. *

I UNDERSTAND

RETAINER: Session fee/retainer is due at time of signing this agreement and is NON-REFUNDABLE. No images or products are included in this fee. Date/session is not reserved until retainer is paid. *

I UNDERSTAND

RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling your session will require a $150 fee before session can be held on the calendar again. *

I UNDERSTAND

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW: Retainer shall be liquidated for damages to Whitney Browning Photography in the event of a cancellation (including no-shows), or breach of contract by the CLIENT. Clients understand that should they choose to CANCEL their appointment for any reason, their retainer will not be refunded. *

I UNDERSTAND

SESSION: Client understands that your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you and client should arrive on time. Late clients understand that time will be deducted from session. If client is more than 20 minutes late without notice or does not show up, a second session fee/retainer will be required. If client is using the client wardrobe, client must bring a nude AND a black gstring for sanitary purposes. If client is wearing their own lingerie, this is not required. *

I UNDERSTAND

GUESTS: Due to the intimate nature of your session, other guests are not allowed in the studio during the session. This ensures that we have one on one time for the best possible session. Guests ARE allowed during hair and makeup if you wish. *

I UNDERSTAND

LIABILTY: If the Photographer cannot perform duties due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged with or without fault on the part of the Photographer. *

I UNDERSTAND

PAYMENT: Your reveal and order appointment will be the same day as your session. This will be when you choose and pay for your final images. If a second order session is requested, there will be an additional $200 fee. If an order is not placed within 14 days from the date of the session, image files will be permanently deleted. Purchased images will be stored for six months. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. There will be a $50 fee on returned checks. Due to the custom nature of the product, all sales are final. Sales tax is not included. *

I UNDERSTAND

MAKEUP AND HAIR TERMS (if applicable): • Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if sensitivity is present, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. • Client agrees to release the makeup artist and Whitney Browning Photography from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Client should arrive with clean, dry hair and clean skin. It is the clients responsibility to tell makeup artists if there is a problem with the final look (ex: client does not like colors used) *

I UNDERSTAND

SPRAY/FAKE TAN: Should client get a spray tan/fake tan, client will be responsible for any additonal editing fees. Photographer may refuse to photograph clients with a spray tan. *

Yes, I understand that if I get a spray/fake tan, I will be responsible for additional editing fees.

COPYRIGHT: The photographs produced by Whitney Browning Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law. Portraits and digital images may not be scanned, copied, modified, edited, or reproduced in any way, doing so is illegal. The client understands the images cannot be used for profit or advertising and all posting of images on the internet must be acknowledged as images by Whitney Browning Photography. *
